Loss streak
Count of consecutive games where the player came 3rd, 4th, or did not finish

Canceling a jump
If you stop tapping the screen before the 13th frame, the jump will not be a smooth arc.
The image shows every possible jump from a character starting in the same position

Double jump
An orb that allows you to jump in the air.
Normal jumps have a horizontal speed of 15 and 18.75 u/s vertical speed;
double jumps TODO

Dash
An orb that boosts you very briefly to a maximum of 47.7 u/s

Boostie
A speed boost obtained by hitting the ground early after a dash

Checkpoint
Checkpoints allow the player to reset to a certain point in the level if they've reached the part before. When touched, the checkpoint turns yellow as an indicator.

Glider area; fan
An area of variable length where your glider can be deployed for a speed of 23 u/s.
The effect is not instantaneous: when deploying the glider, there is a small transition from your previous vector.
You can more precisely control how far you go by retracting and redeploying your glider within one frame.
In older versions, only up, left, and right were available, but it can now be rotated to any direction

Booster
A line of variable length where your character will go 25 u/s (horizontal).
Only has any effect when the player is on the ground, though the activation sound is played any time the player touches it.

Grabber; wall jump
A vertical object which the character can grab onto and jump off of.
Typically placed on walls, but can also be placed in the air.
The character always reverses direction when the screen is tapped while touching grabber, and vertical speed is set to a minimum of 18.75 u/s (any existing vertical speed above that value is maintained). Cancelling the jump after bouncing off a grabber... TODO

Bumper; jump pad
Has a slightly different effect depending on where you first touch it.
Extends for a few frames when you touch it. When boosted into using a dash or fan, the animation activates but you are not affected by it.

Spikes; saw
Kills you. The hitbox is not a full block

Full death block
Kills you. The hitbox is a full block
